Bad train service

Myself, my 71 year old mother and my 2 children 13, 3 years are stuck in a shosholoza meyl coach from Parkstation Johannesburg since yesterday 15/07 @14:00 PM. The train was supposed to travel to Queenstown. Its Saturday the 16th now and the train is still in Kroonstad. We, the passengers have been told that the railway lines are not yet fixed. As the service has been put on hold for some time due to renovations of the railway lines. Why are parastatals and government entities this heartless? By now, the train should be arriving in Eastern Cape, yet it's still in the free state. Not everybody lives a lavish life out here, and some people like myself are unable to book flights for their loved ones. Couldnt anyone check if all the railway lines are fixed before the train service resumed. 'm hurt by this. We are cold and tired. We have ran out of foodstuffs that we prepared for the journey. 😭😭
