Bad service

I travel from Springs to Jhb using the Metrorail express train. I'm really not impressed with the service we getting from the express train. It is always late whether morning or afternoon and we call them on the following numbers ***, ***, *** it's either they don't answer the phones or the phones will be off and they only respond when they feel like it. On the 27th of March 2015 the 17:50 express train which came late left jhb at 18:15 and broke in the middle of nowhere and we had to walk to driehook on foot, yet they new the train had a problem before it even left JHB and I had to get home at 21:00. Your service is pathetic to say the least, you say you care about people's safety but it's actually the opposite. I also think you should close the customer care in JHB station because the staff is useless, whenever we ask about the trains especially if they haven't been announced and running late they don't bother to find out what's going on. Springs trains really need to improve their constantly late trains and their service.
