Bad service

Today we wanted to visit my grandmother who is in Stranger and decided to use train as it is the cheapest mode of transport since it me and my mom and my two year old sister. We arrived at Kwamashu Station at 10:55 and the train arrived at 11:50 so at Duffs Road we had to jump out and wait for Stranger train , we reached Duffs Road at 12:05. We waiting from 12:05 till 14:00 with the child standing on our feet since there are no waiting areas there. <br> <br> My concern is that ....what causes trains to be like this , is I because of the fair or nobody cares about us as passages we may pay less that everybody but we are still humans at the end of the day . even worse no one takes one minute of their time to explain to us what happening.<br> <br> My experience with metrorail has never been pleasing but I do use the train only if I do not have any other option and it not nice.<br> <br> I wish that service at metrorails could change as we like travelling via a train because it cheap and safe compare to other mode of transports available.
