Bad Service

I usually take business express in the morning but come back with the normal train because I come back around 3:00pm. That’s why I can’t buy monthly or weekly. Now SBE doesn’t give people who are using single ticket a paper, but why because I am holding an SBE ticket, then SBE must advertise that they don’t give paper to single ticket holds so we know before we buy the ticket. so we dont bother to buy single tickets. Its just a shame that SBE has lost its standard to this level. what it is now is just desprate...
