Bad service

It has now gotten out of hand with metrorail as we are buying monthly tickets every month yet the service is poor they give excuses like cable theft and vandalism but this has been going on for many years problems which they have had enough amount of time to solve but nothing has been done to solve these issues and they are still being supposed by the government through our tax I have to work and other customers have to work to earn a living, this affects all of us and please anyone who can help and a strong message out please I've done all I can I have reference numbers been calling in launching complaints and I'm just tired please somebody help us hello please help us
