Bad customer service by operator ***0

I came to montclaire train station and a train going to UMLAZI was in da railway about to leave.....I aproached ticket counter and I was told by a worker wearing PRASA uniform to run cause the train will leave any second. I was told to pay for a ticket where I will be jumping off. when I reached REUNION TRAIN STATION a SECURITY GUARD WEARING PRASA UNIFORM took me to a ticket counter . I had a R50. 00 note in my hand which I was instructed to pay at the counter. They charged me R40 booking fee and the usual R7.00 I pay. I tried to explain myself TO the lady at the ticket counter but she was rude. I asked for her superior and she said she is the superior. I then asked for her details but she changed her story and said the SUPERIOR is gone home! And she took me to security guards and said I have a big mouth but when I spoke to the security people they understood so as a commuter I felt helpless with no assistance.
