Assault of a child

A Ticket controller at Retreat Station, named Melissa Davids,grabbed my 12 year old son, who was with me, by left arm and hold him against his will, pulling him back. I advised her that she had no right to touch or hold him, and she was in fact committing an ******** act of assault on his person, made infinitely worse by the fact that he was a minor child, and I, as his father, had not given her permission in any way to touch his person.<br> <br> Iadvised her, and in fact demanded from her to let him go, repeating several times that the action she was performing was an ******* action, and an assault on a child, but she persisted in her action holding on to my son's arm in a threatening manner, to the point where I actually had to physically remove her hand from my son's arm, for his protection and well being, as he was terrified at her actions.<br> <br> I have had a discussion with my legal representative who has advised me to lay charges of assault against my minor son against this person and to file a complaint with Metrorail which, which could lead to further legal action , as they hold delictual responsibility for the actions of their employees.<br>
