Annoying PA System

A few weeks ago we started hearing loud announcements coming from Goodwood Station. We tried to ignore it at first, thinking that the volume would be adjusted accordingly, but that has not happened yet. Announcements start very early in the morning, every morning until late at night, every night. Announcements that are not relevant are being broadcasted, safety announcements are being broadcasted after 10 at night, there is no one on the station! I went to complain at the station and the lady behind the ticket counter said that prior complaints have been forwarded to Cape Town and they assured her that it will be attended to. I then contacted their Transport Information Centre and got a reference # and was told that my complaint would be (wait for it)forwarded. I then e-mailed them and received a reply, acknowledge that they received my complaint. I am awake at 4am every morning after falling asleep after all the announcements, my alarm goes off at 05:45
