I have a question for you ...</p> <p> </p> <p>I laid 3 complaint against the ex gratia department on Hello Peter .,,, Heyre response to this complaints is as follows .... NOTHING is are will be done ...<br /><br />Will you do the same??? Will you kepp your tract record at NOTHING??? or will to try to help me????</p> <p> </p> <p>Let see .... Like i told GEMS i will not go away .... So you are stuck with me until this is resolved .... </p> <p> </p> <p>LETS see if you do SOMETHING???</p>

Following your procedure in 2015, we received an ex gratia application on 28 April 2016 for medication, physiotherapy, pathology and a dietician. This application was scheduled for consideration at the June ex gratia meeting. Due to outstanding documentation and unsuccessful follow-ups, the application could not go through in June. Please note that the medical report forms were only filled in and signed by the member and not the provider and there was also no letter of motivation for the physiotherapy. These requirements were communicated to the member as well as continually requested from the providers.
Once we receive the outstanding documentation, your application will be considered at the next ex gratia meeting scheduled for September.

Please did you read the whole document? becaus it seems like you dont know all the facts .... you only have half the storry ... So you were missed informed ...
Next question .... I was not contacted at all .... nothing .... no calls, no emails NOTHING ....
Again a one sided decision was made .... and again all the blame is back on me .... AGAIN NOTHING WAS DONE ...
