I Eugene carolus have a hospital Healthcare claim submitted when my wife come out of the Akeso netcare clinic for major depressive order in 2022 she was also admitted at hunterscraig clinic and we got paid out but now they don't want to pay out why I don't understand but it's for the same illness I want an answer from them since the doctor want to hear from them what the difference is between the two clinics
