Pmb account unpaid
Good day.I am mervyn Anderson and a member of polmed and the main member with membership no 86970.My daughter (dep 02)suffers from a con******* condition.Drs are trying to reconstruct her ******* area.<br> <br> On 29/06/2015 she had an operation done with Auth no QH***4 but accounts have not been paid in full.I have been to your offices but am told that this is a cosmetic procedure which is not acceptable to me as the con******* condition is a listed pmb.Please assist to have accounts paid.The following service providers have not been paid in full:<br> <br> SERVICE PROVIDER PR NO:***(DR B STROVER)<br> <br> SERVICE PROVIDER PR NO:***(Dr A BRUCE-CHWATT)<br> <br> Please assist me as I have received letters of demand from attorneys.<br> <br> Thank you <br> <br> <br>
The account from Dr Bruce-Chwatt, practice number 136395 with date of service 29 June 2015, was reviewed and it will be funded in full to the service provider at the next payment run on 16 October 2015.
The account from Dr Strover, practice number 478059 with date of service 29 June 2015, was correctly funded at 80% of the fee/rate payable to an anaesthetist as per the scheme rules, as the service provider is a General Practitioner.
