Pathetic service

I have been referred to Vincent Palotti for fractured ligaments in my ankle and been inforrmed to pay R1455 upfront and to claim back from medical aid for crutches and medical supplies. This proof of payment has been sent to medical aid and I requested on email on numerous occasion when this will be reimbursed into account. I found thus to be the worse service as nobody responded to mail after 2 weeks with the Pdf that has been scanned in!
