Not paying my severece pay out as promised

I am worked for Metropolitan Health Group in the Polmed business unit. Last year we lost the admin contract to Medscheme, and we had to move to Medscheme for employment. We were offered a severence package from Metropolitan, which was supposed to be paid end of December. Beginning of December, Metropolitan informed me that they need my tax nr, of which I Supp**** immediately. I followed up constantly regarding my package, and was constantly informed that everything is fine. 28 December I was informed that there is still something wrong, and won't ge t paid the 31st. On the 14th of January 2016, I got confirmation that my money will be paid on Saturday 16 Jan. Surprise surprise no monies were paid. My question is - do they want to pay my money or what? How long must I still have to wait before I am getting it
