Metropolitan savings and investment portfolio sucks!

Metropolitan is the worst. I cancelled my savings policy in December 2021 and a deduction was made in January on my salary. I immediately requested for a refund and to date I have not received any funds due to me. I keep on getting misinformed information from consultants - it seems like they don't know what to do. I would never ever recommend any person to join your savings and investment policy as you have zero customer service. All you want is to take money even when clients are dissatisfied.

I am so done with you guys. All i want is my money back!
