Metropolitan money sucking insurance

These nonsense insurance is still deducting my money with two insurances, one that I didn't even give go ahead of and it's a duplicate insurance that I asked about 3 months ago to be cancelled since I didn't okay it, and then I was told that my matter was escalated to the escalating department since date they have not yet stop taking my ****en money this useless no good insurance with no transparency I'm disgusted and regret taking this insurance it's been 6 years and they treat me like dirt ****** useless people
