I want my money

I would give Metropolitan life 0 actually because last year March I made an inquiry about my investment policy and was told that it is restricted 31 August 2021, which has co.e and gone and now I am being told that the money is not available ,how is that possible, whose money is it?the restricted period is over I want my money ,no stories please
