***** policy

i have a funeral cover with metropolitan my monthly contribution is R263.90 however from January 2019 they are deducting twice .When i inquire with their call center i was told there is someone who was added on my funeral policy without my knowledge .i requested the person to be removed from my cover i was told to write an affidavit /copy of my ID and my bank statement .i have done so instead of my monthly cont to decrease it has gone up again when i call again i was told the inquiry is sent to ***** investigation department .am still waiting for feedback from January .I want metropolitan to refund me back my money and also deal with the financial adviser by the the name of Naidoo Laurence who is buzy fiddling with my policy
