contributions adjustment date incorrect

I have been medically boarded as per service certificate which polmed has received from the 1st of april 2015.However I have been charged the same membership fee for period 1st april to 1st july 2015.<br> <br> The contribution amount should be R882 which has been rectified BUT effective from 1st july 2015.It needs to be from 1st April 2015 as I have not received any pension up until today.i am still waiting for my pension benefit.Please investigate as I can not be expected to pay the full membership fee for the stated period.<br> <br> contract no *** or ***.MEMBERSHIP NO 153750
