Claims not processed!

Good day<br> I have contacted POLMED numerous times, regarding claims not being paid to my practice.<br> Practice no: ***<br> Medical aid no: ***<br> <br> AUTH was given and the account was emailed on the 25-02-2015, the 16-03-2015, the 17-03-2015 and today the 13-04-2015<br> On two occasions i have spoken to Nonthantla and Linda.... *** and ***, they both confirmed that even though we emailed the account and received the automatic reply from polmed and mhg, the account was not processed or EVEN received! ??????<br> <br> Please process this account for payment.<br> Polmed and MHG seems to avoid payments, so that claims can fall under the STALE claim process!<br> <br>
