Account on hold?
On 19/01/2015 dep 02 on my medical aid was admitted to hospital. Iam a member of polmed.The following accounts for unknown reasons was placed on hold and attempts to have the accounts paid by calling the call centre have proved futile:<br> <br> DR J OLIVIER:PR NO :***:R300.60<br> <br> MOOLMAN AND POTGIETER OTHOPEDICS:PR NO:319473:R553.02<br> <br> My medical aid no is 153706.Can someone assist please as service providers keep calling me for payment?Thank you

We confirm that you have been contacted to resolve the matter. At Metropolitan Health conduct random internal audits from time to time to safe guard our members' medical aid funds, which was the reason for your accounts being put on hold. The amounts have now been released for payment.
