I have a funeral policy with Metropolitan and when I checked on my payslip I found that Metropolitan has add a health care policy which was deducting from my salary without my knowledge, it was included in the funeral deductions.. I then called and asked them about the policy and was told that someone who works there has added that policy on my account without my consent

I reported it and asked them to cancel it and they refunded me my money and told me that the policy is canceled, this was Month end of July..

When I thought it was sorted out, I receive my payslip for August and I found out that they deducted the same amount of money from my salary again whereas I was told that they had canceled the health care policy.. I called them to report the matter once again and they told me to send my payslip and a copy of ID in order for them fix it, after I sent what was needed I never got any response from them.

I then went to their offices at Randfontein to enquire about it and they asked for my documents, I then sent the documents to their head office and they promised that the matter will be investigated and I will be paid back my money within a week..

It is almost a month now waiting for their response but nothing has been done. I'm so disappointed as I feel they have de***** me and stole from me. I will never recommend them to anyone
