Realy realy bad service

My name is Mandla I am a client of metrofin louis trichardt and recently i find myself in turmoil and my credit rating hasg one down due to metrofin accnts that still show active when infact they are not and i have raised this issue with Donald at the louis trichardt branch and nothing has happened if you could resolve this issue its a burden its been over 3 months now trying to deal with this issue
