Refused payment arrangements, demanding full payment despite financial hardship.
I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from this cash loan company Polokwane Finance. I contacted them because I am experiencing financial difficulties and wanted to make payment arrangements to settle my account responsibly. However, I was informed rudely informed by a lady called Carol that no payment arrangements are allowed and that I must pay the full outstanding amount immediately. There was no willingness to discuss alternative solutions or assist me in finding a manageable repayment plan. I believe lenders should work with customers who are trying to resolve their debt in good faith. Refusing to consider any arrangement places unnecessary pressure on consumers who are already facing financial challenges. They’re number is ***
