Poor Systems Poor Service

I have a loan with Metrofin Polokwane Landros, I couldn't pay due to some issue I had. When i went to them to settle it they then said my account was handed over... I asked which lawyers are handling the account they failed to advise me. I called almost every office but still NO ONE can direct me. I so which to settle this Account and just close. wanted to settle at their brunches but they refuse to take the money. No one can even give me their Head Office number, No one can even check on the systems no one knows nothing. Very disappointing.. Can someone please assist me with their Head Office number or some solutions. Very disappointing
