Loans

Hi I had a loan from thandabanthu loans in trichardt mpumalanga about 6 years ago. Shortly after paying back the loan they closed down in the town. They were linked to metrofin. The loan is still on my itc and after asking about the payment and when they going to remove it the re opened the account. They dont have any record of the loan nor the payment yet the loan is still against my name on itc what to do because nobody can tell me how to solve this matter
