cannot do their job properly

I took loan at metrofin trading as thandabantu finance and they blacklisten me in 2012, 2013 I finished paying them off but still they didn't remove my name from transunion. I'm battling because they don't want to do their job and transunion cannot remove me because the letter that they drafted does not specifically indicate thandabantu I have been begging them for a month and they still cannot do it..i really want to buy a car I cant because of them.
