Worst service provider.
Installation takes more than 1.5 months. No communication from them to make appointments etc. Definitely not recommended. Even if you go through afrihost/mweb/whoever, be careful that they do not use Metrofibre.

If you have a service through a different ISP, please can you also provide us with the name of the ISP as well as your account number so that we can involve them as well.
