Worst service provider ever

I am very very dispointed by metro fibre and the out age of network from September I have been calling every month because of the same problem of not having net work in my house it is now december and Im still having the same issue I can never have a full month without any network interruption then I must keep on calling and asking when is it gonna be sorted no one knows anything all I ever hear is we will call you back and that you sending a technitian that never comes now I must stay the whole weekend without internet yet I paid my full premium what a disappointing service.
