Worst service, no Internet - Would NOT recommend!

Worst experience with Metrofibre. I recently upgraded my line speed to a 100mb line , but this seemed like it was impossible for Metrofibre to do. After I asked for the upgrade, my wifi was off. No internet. I've called numerous times and every consultant says the same thing and I need to follow the same steps. After doing the same thing over and over again the next thing all the consultant say is: " They call me back'. This NEVER happens, I need to follow up. Worst service, almost a week without wifi and problem not solved. I would not recommend.
