Worst Service From Metro Fibre

Worst Service ever experienced from Metro Fibre.I am utterly showcked that such a big company does not care about customers or even new sales opportunities.I was referred to Rowan Koelman who is supposidly the person who deals with getting Fire installed for complexes , etc. I requested for a site survey to be done at our complex and Rowan said we will be contacted first within 4 days , after 6 days i queried with him and he then said after 2 days , since then all my emails have been ignored , i have even contacted the customer care and they too have ignored.Such bad service!
