Worst service ever and no accountability

Since installation on the see 12th of September, have only had internet for only 3 days Keep logging ticket and calling and keep getting told that a technician has been assigned but no help or call from the technician to this date. Internet is off for over a week now but month end they will still charge me the full rate. Some of us need internet at home for work but this has been appalling.

Worst service I have ever gotten I think I will be cancelling soon at this rate
