Worst Service Ever and just getting worse

Their support and service is just purely pathetic! I logged a ticket regarding a debit order over 3 months ago it still hasn’t been resolved nor have I been contacted! Even trying to reach them on ALL their platforms isn’t helping because they just can’t keep up! I am trying to escalate but as like the business they are there aren’t even ways to escalate… I only use them as I have no choice because of the area I stay in, I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone!
