Worst service ever
I registered with Pluxnet and they use Metrofibre for network. I paid for wifi on the 6th and today is the 23rd but my wifi isn’t working. I’ve called both Metrofibre and pluxnet but they’re blaming each other for why my network is not working but no one is doing anything. Pluxnet plus Metrofibre were supposed to come check on the ONT (METRO) and router (Pluxnet) but only Pluxnet came. They said the router doesn’t have an issue now the issue is with the METROFIBRE NOT WANTING TO COME AND REPLACE THE ONT!!! !! This is the worst service I’ve ever received from a company!! What do you mean i spent over R400 on airtime calling back to back and still not getting assistance. BULL****TT

Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention.
The experience you’ve described — extended downtime, being referred back and forth between providers, and the costs incurred in seeking assistance — is deeply concerning. This is not the standard of coordination or service that should occur between the network provider and ISP.
We acknowledge that Pluxnet has attended to the router and that the remaining concern relates to the ONT and MetroFibre’s involvement. The matter is being urgently escalated to the relevant technical field team to assess the ONT and determine whether replacement or further intervention is required.
We are also engaging directly with the ISP to ensure there is clear accountability and aligned communication so that you are not placed in the middle of the process. A coordinated approach will be taken to prevent further delays.
Your downtime and the financial impact of repeated calls are noted. A team member will be assigned to provide you with a direct update and a confirmed next step as a priority.
Thank you for your patience while urgent intervention is arranged.
Kind regards,
Sibonisile
