Worst Service

Our wifi is off for four days. Just after we paid the 1st of August. We called a few times, whatsapps and emails no news still. They say it will be escalated and will get a call back everytime we call, but still no call received yet. They do not get back what so ever but keep wasting airtime. Worst service ever.
