Worst ISP in the world

So Giggago is the ISP of Metro Fibre. Please stay away from them, they are so bad at their job its not even funny. Still awaiting my internet to be switched on after almost 4 weeks. Sent them my contract of where I stay two times because first time they lost it. Sent them pictures of my address and ONT two times. I had to phone and find out myself whats wrong because they off course cannot get anything done, found out these incapable bunch got the house number wrong, I mailed them Saturday morning Monday two days later they messaged me, and get this, they had the number wrong and I should send them the ONT SN number again, for the ****** third time I have to send them my stuff.....Please can someone just explain to me how bad they can be at their job?! How it takes them 4 months to switch on the internet?!
