Worst ISP in the country

Wish I could give them 0 stars. I am a new customer, they installed 8 days ago and activated and I still have absolutely no service. I have called in twice a day and still nothing works, every day I am told it's fixed and working and I get home to a red service light, clearly their hardware doesn't work but no technicians come out to check they just get palming me off by telling me it's fixed. Worst mistake I've ever made just stay with your current isp, don't let these people trick you into thinking you are making the right choice by going directly to them
