Worst ISP ever

From day one, i have only had issues with Metrofibre. Filled out the application form and selected to have a debit order on my account, that never happened. after 3 months of being ignored, finally got the debit order mandate loaded onto my account just to have the debit order never go off. I have to beg this "wonderful" company to take my money. (Needless to say, each call ends in nothing, i asked to speak to someone with a tad of authority just to be told, they will contact me......

Not even mentioning the amount of times the service if offline due to some mysterious reason. Not even Deep Dark Africa has this level of useless web connectivity.

If you dont have enough stress in your life, get MetroFibre and you will have endless stress.
