Worst ISP Ever !

This has got to be my worst ISP experience ever with little to no support. Outages are random and should you get one after business hours, then good luck because you will need to wait for 8am to speak to a robot via chat. I have no idea what I'm paying for because the inconvenience caused is just beyond me. Worst ISP ever
