Worst fibre provider

The worse fibre provider possible, they don't even deserve the 1 star rating. Metrofibre is full of excuses and inexperienced employees who show no interest in helping the customer. I would rather refer people to the old dial up internet system than waste their time with Metrofibre. Please do stay clear from these guys, they will waste your time, money and sanity. I have experienced a fault that took over 3 months to understand and resolve, however the fault is still not fixed to date and after the recent flood damage in KZN we have been left without internet connection for 2 weeks and Metrofibre has done nothing to resolve this. Truly the worst service provider possible.
