Worst fibre

I have paid in advance still get bill that i am owing called in serveral times till today no one has called me i pay in advance and do not get credited. The network is so bad that yoy can go 1 week without internet but come month end they still take the same amout its the worst fibre company tat is slow i want to cancel but till today no one has called
