Worst fiber network ever

The worst fiber network. Our internet connection has been down since last week Tuesday. We have been calling them and all they do is place you on hold or say we will call you back and nothing is been done. They said the issue was on Vodacom's side however, Vodacom came and check the fiber line and the ont box. Everything on Vodacom's side is okay. Called them 3 times already this morning. The first consultant said she'd call me, still has not called. I then called again and was placed on hold for 10 minutes. Then dropped the call and called again. The third consultant said she'd make a call back immediately. Which she did however, I have been on hold again for 15 minutes. Wow...METRO FIBER GO IS THE WORST. PERIOD!
