Worst experience ever!

I wish I could give them minus stars ! Worst experience I have ever had with any company.Please never use them !We have been struggling with our wifi for the last two weeks there isn't any network connection we have logged 3 tickets called 10 times and every time they just say we have escalated your ticket .We have spent nearly R 2000 on data just so that my husband can work otherwise he would've lost his work!!!Is this what you call service ? Our Wifi is still not working ! So we cancelled -they finally called back and said the problem is we cancelled . We only cancelled that day what about the previous 2 weeks?????
