Worst customer service experience ever!

Your service is disgusting, your agents are rude and abrupt and not friendly or willing to assist... I seriously made a huge mistake to make use of your service, and definitely would never recommend this company to anyone.. Can you please get your guys to collect your things from my place and don't bother sending my router as I no longer want to do business with such an incapable company..always promising clients a call back and nothing happens, I've made numerous calls to try and avoid any difficulties. If you can't look after your client or even be polite when communicating .. Why are you in the service industry anyways??
