WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER...HANDS DOWN

Its been 2 months going for 3 that have been complainng am failing to get service and cant access some sites and voip calls dont connect but only for the people in the house cconnected to the same network as me...kind of redundant as i need the fibre for work purposes

have visited their kiosk by EBONY PARK, the yhave said will reset and logged tickets but i still have the same issue

have logged tickets on their portal but all i get is we will resove and yet still same issue

funny enough accontc dpt never misses a bit but CS yooooh
