Worse service ever

Metro fibre has giving me the worse experience ever, my service been cut for morethan 24 hours , I have paid for the service , which was disconnected without my knowing or invoice

I have been calling they offices and no one is willing to assist me either on emails or telephonically

The is one the worse unprofessional service I have ever experienced as a paying client , this people don’t care
