WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE

All they know is to send you tickets one after another . ZERO communication worst customer service ever . I reported a fault on my internet connection a day ago and was told it's an area problem and a team of technicians are "working hard on it" then today I send another email they said a call out agent will contact me ,so now its no longer an area problem its only me who is affected.The whole day nothing was resolved send another email guess the reply "our technicians are working hard on it".Which technicians? Where?.Another day gone by no internet.
