Will I get connectivity via MetroFibre?????????????????????????????????????????????

I informed MetroFibre of the following (below) concern today and all I got back was an e-mail trying to sell me a fibre connection. What a joke! I then later got a telephonic call asking me what is my COMPLAINT. Can you believe it I am trying to assist MetroFibre with a problem they have and all they can do is ask me what is my COMPLAINT and try and SELL ME A FIBRE CONNECTION.

I was cleaning in the front of my yard this morning, in the area where the optic fibre was laid, i.e. the area between my boundary wall and the street, and noticed that the lid of the inspection/ jointing pot was slightly open. It appears to be in the locked position but obviously the lid was not completely closed when it was turned to the locked position. I see there is quite a bit of water inside as well.

I can only assume that this has come about due to poor and hasty workmanship.

I have done my duty by bringing it to your attention.
