WIFI DOWN

My WiFi has been down for the past 7 days without any solution . Just when I thought it would be resolved today , as they sent a technician ….Technician went to the incorrect address , gave him the address he should come to which is 8km away he said he’s on he’s way . 30 minutes later he calls and says the office told him to cancel because of the address difference . Strange part is that they got the address right when they came for the installation.
