Why request for pops yet you still suspend my internet when you have all the proof that I paid.
My internet has been switched off since yesterday. I have sent a million pop yet nothing has been done up until now. Like, how useless is this company. No more of this. I want this fibre to be cancelled. I can’t make sure my internet is paid on time and yet I’ll be requested to send pops every damn month. Like why the **** do you even exist if I must do your work for you. Yet I’ll still have to be stressed out by a company when I try my best to avoid this whole back and forth. 😡😡😡😡
