We need help please

Can someone help us here at endulwini section tembisa 1632, we were happy about metro Fibre come in to install their network here at endulwini, but now we all crying we don't need it anymore, now the real reason is that metro Fibre they crood us they made us to take their services we though was good only to find out that their croocks, we don't have network from 2nd month after finish installation we were told that we have two weeks for free then you start paying after that, come end of the month we all we were surprised when we saw our bills, we were all owing the full package amount while we told that 2 weeks is for free, now going forward we told them to come and take their router and cancel our services but no they keep on send us bills even though we canceled their services please help
